Tour update
Arrangements for the end of season tour are now all in place well and parents should check the latest itinerary below. The Under 12s have the largest group of boys (and parents/guardians) going on tour, in excess of 40, which is a notable achievement.
Two key points to note are that in view of the Friday evening floodlit rugby festival at Esher RFC, we will be departing from Cirencester at 1pm prompt on the Friday afternoon 25 April. Could parents please ensure that ALL boys are present and have had some lunch before they arrive at the club. They should also bring with them an adequate packed tea as they will not be having supper until after the rugby tournament in the evening when a barbeque is being laid on.
For the Saturday evening, please let Jon Sopher or Haimish know in advance if you require a meal for your boys so that numbers can be confirmed for this with the hotel. If you do wish to take advantage of the evening meal at the hotel, then there is a charge of £7 (juniors) and £13 (adults). Money will be collected on the coach on the Friday afternoon.
